Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-05-08

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of From Words to Workers (the "Service"), available at learnwithsai.com. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1 · The Service

The Service is an educational website providing visual, interactive lessons about large language models, AI agents, and related topics. Access is currently gated: visitors must create an account, and an administrator approves new accounts before the curriculum unlocks. Approval is at our sole discretion. The Service is offered "as is" for personal, non-commercial educational use. We may modify, add, or remove features at any time.

2 · Accounts

To access most of the Service you need to create an account. You agree to:

  • provide accurate, current information when signing up;
  • keep your sign-in credentials confidential;
  • be solely responsible for any activity on your account;
  • be at least 13 years old (16 if you reside in the EU);
  • notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any account at our sole discretion — for example, if you violate these Terms, attempt to circumvent access controls, or behave abusively toward us or other users. Most rejections happen during the manual approval step.

3 · Acceptable use

When using the Service you agree NOT to:

  • copy, scrape, or republish the Service's content beyond fair use;
  • resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access;
  • attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or stress-test our systems;
  • use the Service to violate any law or third-party right;
  • impersonate another person or organisation;
  • upload malware or otherwise interfere with operation.

4 · Intellectual property

All curriculum content, illustrations, code samples, copy, and design on the Service are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the content for your own learning. All other rights are reserved.

You may share short quotations and screenshots for commentary, review, or social-media discussion under fair use, provided you credit the Service.

5 · Free service · no warranty

The Service is currently free to use. We may introduce paid tiers, gated content, or limit certain features in the future. If we do, we'll give existing accounts reasonable advance notice and update these Terms to describe how paid access works. Free access to the curriculum that exists at the time of your sign-up will not be retroactively paywalled without notice.

We make no commitment that the Service will remain free, available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6 · Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service's operators, contributors, and processors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill — arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

7 · Educational content disclaimer

The lessons on this Service describe technical concepts in a simplified way for teaching. They are not professional engineering advice and do not constitute legal, financial, or medical advice. You are responsible for evaluating any code, idea, or claim presented before relying on it in production.

8 · Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites, libraries, or services (e.g. Vercel, Clerk, Neon). We don't control those properties and are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.

9 · Termination

You can close your account at any time by emailing us at hello@learnwithsai.com from the address on your account. We aim to action deletion requests within 30 days. We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms — for example, abusive behaviour toward us or other users, attempts to circumvent access controls, or use of the Service to violate the law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, limitation of liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

10 · Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be flagged via an in-app banner or email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new Terms.

11 · Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator resides, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where you have inalienable consumer-protection rights under your local law.
